Living with neuropathy is hard enough. Finding trustworthy help shouldn't be.
I'm Adam — I live with neuropathy too, and I built the guide I wish I'd had. Neuropathy Navigator is your all-in-one guide to living with neuropathy — what helps, what to skip, and how to feel less alone doing it.
Clear explainers on causes, symptoms, and daily management — written by someone who lives the numbness, burning, and balance issues every day.
Choose better
Independent product guides tested against real daily life. Commissions never rank a pick — if it doesn't help my feet and hands, it doesn't make the list.
Feel less alone
A weekly newsletter and The Navigator Circle community, organized by stage: newly diagnosed, veterans, and caregivers.
Sound familiar?
What it can feel like, day to day
Neuropathy rarely announces itself with one clear symptom. It's a cluster of small, strange signals — these are four of the most common, and where on this site to go next for each.
Burning, tingling feet
Hot, prickling, "walking on marbles" sensations — often worse at night, when there's nothing to distract you from them.
The products our readers ask about most — each one screened through evidence, patient reports, and daily life with numb feet and hands. Tap any photo to jump to its full card in the shelf.

About
Founded by someone who suffers it too
My name is Adam. I live with severe peripheral neuropathy in my feet and hands — the numbness, pain, and mobility friction my readers live with.
Why I started this
Corporate health sites explain neuropathy from the outside. I needed answers from the inside: what a walking pad actually feels like on numb feet, which socks stay put, how to keep working when your hands won't cooperate.
How I work
Dictation-first and desk-based. Every guide is filtered through a life I actually live, and every paid relationship is disclosed on the page where it appears.
What this isn't
I'm not your doctor and this isn't medical advice. I share lived experience and research so you can have better conversations with your care team.

Setup guide
Connect neuropathynavigator.com to beehiiv
Your domain is registered at GoDaddy (Sept 24, 2026). beehiiv hosts the newsletter + blog. Allow 10–30 minutes; DNS can take up to a few hours to propagate.
In beehiiv: add the custom domain
Log in → Settings → Custom Domain → enter neuropathynavigator.com and www.neuropathynavigator.com. beehiiv will display the exact DNS records to copy — use their values, not examples.
In GoDaddy: open DNS
GoDaddy → My Products → neuropathynavigator.com → DNS → Records. Delete any conflicting A/CNAME records for @ and www first.
Add the records beehiiv gives you
Typically a CNAME for www and an A or ALIAS for the root @, plus two email-auth records (TXT for SPF/DKIM) so issues land in inboxes, not spam. Copy each value byte-for-byte; set TTL to 1 hour.
Verify in beehiiv
Back in beehiiv, click Verify. Green checks = connected. If it fails, wait 30 minutes and re-check — propagation, not an error, is the usual cause.
Set the publication details
Name: Neuropathy Navigator. Tagline: “No one should navigate neuropathy alone.” Upload the compass logo (logo-icon-nn.webp), sender name “Adam at Neuropathy Navigator.”
Publish Issue #1 and test
Send a test to yourself, click every link on desktop and phone, then publish. Only after this is live do the Awin/Amazon links and the LLC/attorney review in the launch plan unlock.
Placeholder note: This page is the design draft. The live newsletter signup above is a front-end demo only — once beehiiv is connected, swap the form for beehiiv's embed code so subscribers actually land on your list.
Discover
The Navigator's picks
Products and services we've researched from a patient's point of view — through two networks: Awin for our long-standing partners and Amazon Associates for the neuropathy devices. We weigh three things — what the evidence says, what patients report, and what our own experience says — and we label each one so you always know which is which.
Affiliate disclosure: some picks come through Awin, others through Amazon Associates — and every card is labeled. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you buy through our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions keep the lights on — they never decide what we recommend, and we say so out loud. These pages are not medical advice; talk to your clinician about any device you use.

Browse by category
How we pick
How it works — in three steps
Map the categories that matter
We start by category, not brand: PEMF, TENS/EMS, red light, massage, warmth, and movement — the devices neuropathy readers actually ask about.
Screen through three lenses
Every pick holds up under published evidence, reported patient experience, and our own judgment. Miracle talk never makes it past this step.
Label the network, honestly
Every card shows Awin or Amazon Associates, plus a ticket tier. We never invent commission rates — high-ticket simply means more per sale, even on Amazon.
Top 5 lists
Five picks for each need — ranked, not matched up
Neuropathy Navigator works in Top 5 lists: for each need — calming feet, warming hands, moving more — we rank the five picks that matter, in the order we'd try them, and say plainly why each one earned its spot. One-on-one matchups are our sister site ComparaPick's thing; here, it's the list.
Top 5
Foot pain & circulation
All via Amazon Associates
The five we'd reach for when feet burn, ache, or go quiet — ranked by how much day-to-day relief each one realistically delivers.
Revitive Advanced Circulation Booster
Your muscles do the work: EMS waves contract your lower-leg muscles while you sit, feet on the pads — measured 30–60 minute sessions with a remote.
MedMassager Foot Massager Plus
Oscillating, not kneading: 11 speeds up to 4,000 RPM under the foot. FDA-registered, HSA/FSA eligible, and a longtime home staple for people with neuropathy.
MIKO Shiatsu Foot Massager
Kneading, rolling, air compression, and heat — the comfort ritual you'll actually reach for nightly, at a mid-ticket price.
LifePro InfraZen PEMF Mat
The passive pick: roll it out, lie back, and let far-infrared heat plus PEMF layers cover your whole legs while you rest.
Comfytemp Red Light Therapy Wrap
The low-ticket way in: strap red light right where it aches — feet included — with a 20-minute auto-off timer.
Top 5
Red light & gentle warmth
All via Amazon Associates
Light and warmth, ranked from full-body splurge down to pocket-sized precision — every one of them hands-free, or nearly.
HigherDOSE Full Body Red Light Mat
Full-body coverage, neck to feet, in one lie-back session — the splurge-tier mat from the brand behind the viral sauna blanket.
LifePro InfraZen PEMF Mat
Far-infrared heat plus PEMF in a foldable mat — warmth you can feel, with whole-leg coverage while you sit back.
Comfytemp Red Light Therapy Wrap
660nm + 850nm light strapped over feet, hands, knees, or ankles — the most coverage per dollar on this list.
TendLite Red Light Therapy Device
Precision over coverage: a 1-inch 660nm beam aimed at one sore spot at a time — a knuckle, a finger joint, one ankle.
Warmth plus gentle vibration for cold, stiff hands — USB-rechargeable with a 30-minute auto-off. Simple by design: one heat setting.
Top 5
Moving more with numb feet
Awin + Amazon Associates
Movement that fits neuropathy life — seated, supported, fold-away, or tracked — ranked by how easily each one becomes a daily habit.
WalkingPad US
Fold-flat walking pads from KingSmith that slide under a bed or behind a sofa — real steps, indoors, on your schedule. Via Awin.
UREVO walking pad
Under-desk steps without leaving the house, in the $220–$290 range — the friendliest price on this list. Via Awin.
Cubii Move Under Desk Elliptical
Pedal in place from the couch, desk, or reading chair — quiet belt drive with an LCD stride counter. Via Amazon Associates.
LifePro Waver Mini Vibration Plate
Stand or sit with your feet on the plate and let vibration do the work — 22 pounds, 99 speeds, stores away after. Via Amazon Associates.
Ultrahuman Ring AIR
The tracker that closes the loop: sleep, recovery, and movement read from your finger — no watch on the wrist. Via Awin.
Top 5
Partner picks beyond devices
All via Awin
The non-device half of the shelf — sleep, nutrition, footwear, and home help from our Awin partners, ranked by what readers ask about most.
Thera
Sleep-and-wellness essentials for rebuilding a wind-down routine — bedding, sleep aids, and the small things that make nights easier.
Under Armour
Trusted training shoes and everyday athletic wear in a name people already shop — our footwear category anchor.
Form Nutrition
Plant protein, nootropics, and recovery blends — gym-bag staples built for repeat orders.
Healthy Human
Insulated bottles and wellness essentials people buy more than once — the repeat-purchase staple of the shelf.
Chasing PoolMate Hydro 3
A cordless robot that scrubs the pool floor for you — home help that spares numb feet the deck work.
Reality check: every device on this page comforts, warms, or moves — none of them cures neuropathy. If you have diabetes, circulation problems, or a pacemaker, clear any stimulation or heat device with your clinician first.

Find Care
Neuropathy-aware care, listed plainly
Physical therapists, podiatrists, neurologists, and pain specialists who actually understand nerve pain — searchable by specialty, city, or service. Paid placement is always labeled, and the Patient-reviewed badge comes from reader feedback, never from payment.
While our own directory builds out, Zocdoc is a free way to check real availability and book with neurologists, podiatrists, physical therapists, and pain specialists near you. The link simply takes you to zocdoc.com — booking happens on their site, not here.
Preview — sample listings: the directory is launching soon, so the listings below are clearly-labeled samples showing exactly what each listing tier looks like. No real practices are listed yet; if you're a provider, list your practice below to be in the first real batch.
How the Patient-reviewed badge works: after a reader visits a listed provider, they can share feedback with us — was the practice nerve-pain aware, did they listen, would they go back? When enough readers have reported on a practice, it earns the Patient-reviewed badge shown above. Practices can't buy it, request it, or pay to keep it — it's tied to reader feedback only.
For practices
List your practice
Three tiers, priced plainly. Every listing — free or paid — is labeled with its tier, and paying more never buys a better word from us or the Patient-reviewed badge.
Basic
Free
Practice name, specialty, city, and phone — so readers near you can find you.
Includes: standard placement in search results.
Featured
$49 / month
Everything in Basic, plus highlighted placement at the top of matching searches and a Featured tag on your listing.
Best for: practices that want to stand out locally while readers browse.
Preferred
$199 / month
Everything in Featured, plus a full profile: practice photo, a services list, and a direct booking link readers can act on immediately.
Best for: practices ready to turn directory visits into booked appointments.
Request your listing
Tell us about your practice and which tier you'd like. Founding listings start free at every tier while the directory builds its first real batch — we'll confirm before anything is charged.
A listing is not an endorsement. Directory listings — including paid Featured and Preferred profiles — are advertising, labeled as such, and don't change what we write anywhere else on this site. Always confirm a provider's credentials, insurance, and fit with your own care team. Educational content from lived experience — not medical advice.
Community
The Navigator Circle
The weekly letter is the front door; the Circle is the room behind it — organized by stage, because the questions you have in month one are not the questions you have in year ten, and the people who love you have questions of their own.
The website stays free
Everything on Neuropathy Navigator — the guides, the picks, the weekly letter — stays free. The Circle is simply an optional inner room for people who want more company on the road. Nothing you can read today moves behind a paywall.
